She is an experienced trenchless engineer and has provided trenchless consulting in support of legal concerns for a variety of trenchless technologies including HDD and auger boring.  

Michelle has been involved in numerous industry organizations including:
North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). She is a contributing author to five ASCE manuals of practice and served on the national board of directors for NASTT from 2017 to 2020.
